A couple months ago, I was directed to the Land O'Lakes website by a review on All Recipes. Since then, I've been getting pretty much all my recipes from there, especially my cookie ones. Here are our favorites:
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
I made these today, and my mom says they are her favorite that I've made. Historically, I have not been a fan of oats in cookies, but these are amazingly chocolatey and delicious.
Oh-So-Good Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are Gus' favorite, and they are really quick and easy to make. I have found that it yields the perfect amount, too, and there are not so many cookies that you can't eat them up before they get old (crumbly). I haven't added the nuts and the raisins yet, though I'm sure Gus would love them even more if I did. (I don't like nuts in cookies, and we don't buy raisins.)
Chewy Jumbo Chocolate Chip Cookies
I think these are my favorite. I made them first and haven't made them again since I've been trying all these others, so we'll see if they are still the best. This made a lot of giant cookies, so I think I will cut the recipe in half next time so we can finish them while they are still really fresh.
I have made a few others (Triple Chocolate Temptations, Chocolate Chunk Brownie Cookies, and maybe one more), and though they were really good right when the came out of the oven, they were overall just OK, especially compared to these three.
